Chicken lasagna is easy to make—when you don't have to deal with noodles! We made this one with packaged mac and cheese and shredded cheese.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1/2 lb. lean ground chicken
1-1/2 cups OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Prepare Dinner as directed on package, using the Light Prep directions. Meanwhile, cook chicken in medium saucepan until done. Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder and red pepper.
Layer half each of the Dinner, meat mixture and cheese in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; repeat layers.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until heated through.
Serve this quick lasagna with a mixed green salad and a fresh fruit cup.
For a milder flavor, substitute dried oregano for the crushed red pepper.
Lasagna can be assembled ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 18 to 20 min. or until heated through.
