What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 green onions, chopped

Let's Make It
Melt margarine in small skillet on medium heat. Add sweet onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until tender. Cool slightly.
Place sweet onions, sour cream, cheese, bacon and peppers in food processor; pulse just until blended.
Spoon into medium serving bowl. Stir in green onions. Refrigerate 4 hours.
This flavorful dip can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving.
Serve with your favorite assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, celery and cucumbers.
Prepare using BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
