Original recipe yields 14 servings
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, divided
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cherries
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Process sugar and 1/2 cup coconut in food processor until coconut is finely chopped. Place mixture in shallow dish; set aside.

Place dates, nuts, raisins, cherries, cocoa powder, five-spice powder and remaining coconut in food processor. Use pulsing action to process until finely chopped, stopping to scrape down sides as necessary. Add peanut butter; process until mixture can form a ball.

Shape mixture into 28 (about 1-inch) balls. Roll balls in coconut mixture, gently patting mixture onto sides of balls.
