What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce, divided
1 egg, beaten
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, well drained, chopped
1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Spread 1 cup pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine next 4 ingredients. Spread 3 Tbsp. artichoke mixture onto each noodle; roll up. Place, seam sides down, over sauce in dish. Top with remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella; cover.
Bake 35 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Substitute well-drained thawed 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach for the chopped artichokes.
