This puff pastry appetizer is as easy as it is elegant. Get out the cherry tomatoes and shredded cheese and prepare to wow the crowd.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 frozen puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 17.3-oz. pkg.), thawed
3 cups cherry tomatoes
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Place pastry on parchment-covered baking sheet. With a very sharp knife, score pastry, about 1/2-inch all along sides, to make small border. Inside border, poke pastry all over with fork.
Toss tomatoes with dressing and pepper in large bowl. Spread pastry with mustard. Sprinkle with cheese; top with tomatoes.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Let stand 5 min; cut into squares.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil after baking.
