What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 cup KRAFT Caramel Bits
3/4 cup whipping cream, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sea salt flakes

Microwave caramel bits and 1/4 cup whipping cream in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramel bits are completely melted and sauce is well blended when stirred; cool.
Blend remaining ingredients (including remaining whipping cream) in blender until well blended. Add caramel sauce; blend well. Pour into freezer-weight container.
Freeze 5 hours or until firm.
Use a measuring cup to portion out a serving so you can enjoy this salted caramel ice cream while still following a balanced eating plan.
Substitute 25 KRAFT Caramels for the caramel bits.
