Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until caramels are completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring after each minute. Cool 5 min.
Meanwhile, unroll pie crust onto parchment-covered baking sheet; roll into 12-inch circle. Spread with cream cheese to within 2 inches of edge. Place pears in medium bowl. Add lemon juice and nutmeg; toss to evenly coat pears.
Drizzle half the caramel sauce over cream cheese. Arrange pears in concentric circles over dessert. Dot with butter. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce. Fold edge of pie crust over pears. (Crust will not completely cover pears in center.)
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until pears are tender and crust is golden brown. Cool completely.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Check pie after 20 min. If the crust is becoming too brown, cover the edge loosely with foil for the remainder of the baking time.
Serve topped with thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping or frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt.
