What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
4 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 carrots, peeled, chopped
1 onion, chopped
24 small frozen fully cooked meatballs (1/2 oz. each)
1 lb. red potatoes (about 3), peeled, chopped
2 cups water
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Let's Make It
Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add celery, carrots and onions; stir. Cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Add meatballs, potatoes, water and broth; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 45 min. or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in peas and cheese; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with basil.
