2 slices whole grain bread
2 KRAFT Singles
1/4 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
2 tsp. chopped red onion s
1 cremini mushroom, sliced
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil

Cover 1 bread slice with 1 Singles and spinach; sprinkle with thyme. Top with onions, mushrooms, second Singles and remaining bread slice.
Brush outside of sandwich with oil.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides. Cut into quarters.
