5 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup flour

Heat oven to 325°F.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool.
Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl with mixer 6 to 8 min. or until mixture is thick and lemon colored. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla; mix well. Add flour; mix well.
Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; place pan in larger shallow pan. Place on oven rack. Add enough hot water to larger pan to come halfway up side of batter-filled pan.
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Carefully transfer cake to wire rack; cool completely.
