That corner bistro's got nothing on you! Wow the crowd at home with this fabulous kale and wheat berry salad tossed with chicken, sweet potatoes and feta.

Original recipe yields 8 servings
3/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 lb. cooked sweet potato es (about 2), peeled, chopped
3 navel orange s (1 lb.), peeled, chopped
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 cups cooked wheat berries
3 cups chopped stemmed kale

Mix dressing and syrup until blended. Combine chicken, potatoes, oranges, cheese, nuts and cranberries.

Place wheat berries in large bowl; top with kale and chicken mixture.

Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
Kitchen Tips
Variation
For a change of pace, layer wheat berries, kale and chicken mixture in 8 serving bowls. Drizzle with dressing mixture.
Substitute
Substitute cooked long-grain brown rice or quinoa for the wheat berries.
