Toss sweet potatoes, turkey sausage and chopped apple with tangy vinaigrette, then fold it up in foil to bake. Voilà! An easy dish with minimal cleanup.

Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Turkey Sausage, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into slices
1 red apple, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1 green onion, sliced
4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Heat oven to 450ºF.

Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; stir to evenly coat all ingredients.

Spoon 1/4 of the potato mixture onto center of 1 sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil; spread to form single layer. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make 3 more packets. Place in single layer on baking sheet.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are tender. Open each packet carefully, allowing steam to escape, by cutting along top fold with sharp knife. Sprinkle hash with onions.
