7 cups cauliflower florets (1-1/2-inch)
1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Romano Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Toss cauliflower with dressing; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Prepare using KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Heat broiler. After topping with cheese, broil cauliflower, 4 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. or until golden brown.

Choose a firm head of cauliflower with compact florets and crisp green leaves. Avoid any heads with yellow or brown spots. Store unwashed cauliflower in a perforated resealable plastic bag in the refrigerator and use within 4 days of purchase.
