Original recipe yields 18 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Let's Make It
Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Add melted chocolate; mix well.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
Shape cream cheese mixture into 36 balls, using about 2 tsp. cream cheese mixture for each ball.
Roll in cocoa until evenly coated.
They may be small, but their flavor is big. A serving of 2 truffles is deliciously satisfying.
Substitute toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut for the cocoa powder.
