Meet your new favorite loaded cheeseburger: It's made with ground chicken! It's seasoned with onion, garlic and fresh Italian parsley—and it's awesome.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 small red onion
1 lb. lean ground chicken
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slice s
4 hamburger bun s
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
8 lettuce leaves
2 red tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
1 small yellow tomato, cut into 4 slices
1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup

Let's Make It
Cut 4 (1/8-inch-thick) slices from onion; set aside for later use. Finely chop remaining onion. Combine chopped onions with chicken, parsley, 2 Tbsp. Italian dressing and garlic; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Heat remaining Italian dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Top each with cheese slice; cook 1 min. or until melted.
Spread bottom halves of buns with MIRACLE WHIP. Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes, cheeseburgers, ketchup and onion slices.
Substitute KRAFT Mayo Homestyle Real Mayonnaise for the MIRACLE WHIP Dressing.
