What You Need
Original recipe yields 18 servings
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner(plus water, margarine and milk that is needed)
3 cups chopped broccoli florets
1 (3 lb.) rotisserie chicken, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Make macaroni and cheese according to box instructions.
While mac and cheese is cooking, boil water in a large pot. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 4 minutes and then drain.
In a large bowl combine prepared mac and cheese, broccoli florets, chicken and mayonnaise. Season to taste.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and fill each cup to the top with the mac and cheese mixture.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes and then remove. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
