Heat oven to 450°F.
Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch round on lightly floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 6 min. or until mushrooms are browned and liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.
Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with 1-1/4 cups cheese and mushrooms.
Bake 10 min. Top with remaining cheese; bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
