Heat oven to 450ºF.
Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch round on lightly floured surface. Press onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray, stretching dough as needed to fit.
Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with remaining ingredients.
Bake on bottom oven rack 18 min. or until crust is golden brown.
Substitute figs for the olives and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
