What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
2 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups milk
2 cups half-and-half
3 Tbsp. strongly brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Let's Make It
Sprinkle gelatine over cold water in small bowl; let stand 5 min.
Meanwhile, bring milk, half-and-half, coffee and sugar to simmer in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatine mixture and vanilla. Pour into 10 dessert dishes.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Top each dessert with 1 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping before serving.
