What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
2 tsp. oil, divided
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot
2 egg s, beaten
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce

Cook rice as directed on package.
Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until done. Remove chicken from skillet.
Add remaining oil, onions and ginger; cook on medium heat 1 min. Add eggs, stirring to scramble. Add rice and peas; cook and stir 2 min. Add chicken and remaining ingredients; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh cilantro for extra color.
Omit uncooked rice and first step of cooking. Substitute 3 cups leftover cooked rice; continue as directed.
