We piled marinated steak, Mexican-style cheese, mango salsa and other fresh toppings into warm corn tortillas. Taco Tuesday never had it so good.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1 beef skirt steak (1 lb.)
1 cup KRAFT Authentic Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheeses
8 corn tortilla s (6 inch), warmed
1 cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup mango salsa

Pour dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn over to evenly coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning steak after 15 min.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 5 to 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Let stand 5 min.
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Top with 1/2 cup cheese; let stand 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
Top tortillas with meat and melted cheese and remaining ingredients; fold in half.
How to Warm Tortillas
To warm tortillas in the microwave, wrap them in paper towels and microwave on HIGH just until warmed. Cooking time varies by number of tortillas. For 1 tortilla, microwave 15 sec.; for 2 tortillas, microwave 20 sec.; for 6 to 8 tortillas, microwave 1 min.; and for 12 tortillas, microwave 1-1/2 min.
Sprinkle tacos with chopped fresh cilantro.
How to Warm Tortillas on the Grill
Simply place 4 tortillas on grill while cooking the steak. Heat until small brown spots appear, turn and cook about 1 more min. Remove from grill; stack and wrap tightly in foil. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Set aside until ready to use.
