What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 cup shelled fava beans
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
6 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Let's Make It
Cook beans and peas in boiling water in large saucepan 2 min. Remove beans and peas with slotted spoon; plunge into ice water. Drain; set aside.
Cook pasta in same pan of boiling water as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain, reserving 1 cup cooking water. Mix cooking water, ricotta, Parmesan, pepper and mint in medium bowl until blended.
Toss hot pasta with ricotta mixture, beans and peas.
For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite dressing.
Prepare using POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese.
Garnish with additional mint sprigs.
