A mixture of Parmesan cheese and MIRACLE WHIP broils to a golden-brown finish atop these tender lamb chops. Ditch the mint jelly; this way is better!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 lamb loin chop s (2 lb.), 1 inch thick
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
4 cups loosely packed arugula
1 red pepper, chopped
1 English cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Natural Feta Cheese Crumbles
2-2/3 cups hot cooked couscous

Heat oven to 450ºF.
Brush chops with vinaigrette dressing; place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
Bake 10 min. or until done (160ºF). Remove chops from oven.
Heat broiler. Meanwhile, mix Parmesan and MIRACLE WHIP until blended.
Spread Parmesan mixture onto chops. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. or until topping is golden brown.
Toss arugula with vegetables and feta. Serve with chops and couscous.
Substitute torn mixed salad greens for the arugula.
