1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chopped red potato es
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 each red and yellow pepper, chopped
1 yellow squash, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook 1 min.

Add potatoes and thyme to skillet; cook 5 min. or just until potatoes begin to soften, stirring occasionally. Add peppers and squash; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.

Add tomatoes and dressing; cook 7 to 8 min. or until tomatoes are softened and mixture is heated through.
