1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 red pepper, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (19 oz.) cannellini beans, rinsed
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato

Heat oven to 400ºF.

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Add zucchini and peppers; cook 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and beans; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.

Spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.

Bake 10 min. or until heated through.
