What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1/2 lb. lean ground chicken
1-1/2 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Let's Make It
Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package, reducing butter to 2 Tbsp.
Meanwhile, cook chicken with chili pepper powder and garlic powder in nonstick skillet until done; drain.
Stir chicken mixture, broth and salsa into Dinner; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Substitute water for the chicken broth.
Top each serving with a small dollop of BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, and a light sprinkle of chopped fresh cilantro.
