When we say these spicy BBQ ribs are easy, we're not joking—they need just 5 minutes of prep before baking. A little grill-time at the end crisps 'em up!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 lb. pork spareribs
1 tsp. each garlic powder and onion powder
1/2 tsp. each dried Italian seasoning and ground black peppercorns
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place ribs in single layer on large sheet heavy-duty foil. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning and pepper. Rub spice mixture evenly onto both sides of ribs. Bring up foil sides, double fold top and ends to seal packet. Bake 1 hour.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients and heat grill to medium heat. Remove ribs from foil; discard foil. Transfer ribs to grill; brush with half the sauce mixture.
Grill 10 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce mixture.
Serve with 1/2 cup of your favorite cooked pasta and 1/2 cup sautéed fresh vegetables to round out the meal.
