Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 tsp. each paprika and curry powder
1 tsp. brown sugar
6 chicken leg quarter s (2 lb.)
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 lemon, halved
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Mix paprika, curry powder and sugar; rub onto chicken. Place chicken, onions and garlic in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Squeeze juice from lemon and mix with dressing; pour over chicken. Add lemon halves to pan.
Bake chicken 35 to 40 min. or until done (165ºF).
Add fresh sprigs of rosemary and thyme with the onions and garlic in roasting pan, or use fresh sprigs as garnish on baked chicken.
