Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into strips
1 each red and yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup red onion slices
1 tomato, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 flour tortilla s (6 inch)

Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min. or until done.
Add bell peppers, onions and 1 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing; cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, jalapeños, parsley and remaining dressing.
Serve chicken mixture with tomato mixture, lettuce, cheese and tortillas.
Looking for a little more kick? Try adding 1 tsp. chili powder to tomato mixture.
