Cheese and taco seasoning give this beef and rice skillet its superb flavor. Top with crushed tortilla chips and call it a win.

Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
2 cups crushed tortilla chips

Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

Stir in water and seasoning mix; bring to boil.

Add rice; stir. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
