What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cups cooked long-grain white rice
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
2 cups crushed tortilla chips

Let's Make It
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Stir in water and seasoning mix; bring to boil.
Add rice; stir. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with tortilla chips.
Stir in 1 cup rinsed canned red or black beans with the rice.
Top each serving with a dollop of BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream and 1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa.
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
