What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup warm water (105ºF to 115ºF)
1 tsp. yeast
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1-1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup Classico Fire Roasted Tomato Pizza Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
2 plum tomatoes, sliced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 tsp. fresh oregano leaves

Add warm water to combined yeast, sugar and 2 tsp. oil in large bowl; stir. Let stand 5 min. Process flour and salt in food processor until blended. Use pulsing action to gradually add yeast mixture through feed tube. Process 1 min. or until dough turns into ball and is sticky. Place on work surface lightly sprinkled with flour. Knead dough until smooth and elastic; shape into ball. Place in separate large bowl sprayed with cooking spray; turn dough over. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm place 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
Heat oven to 400ºF. Shape dough into heart shape on parchment-covered baking sheet. Brush with remaining oil. Spread with pizza sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Top with tomato slices and chili flakes.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Top with oregano.
Top pizza with sliced green and red peppers to increase your vegetable intake. For even more vegetables, add a mixed green salad, too!
No need to roll the crust out! It is very stretchable after it has risen, and can be easily manipulated using your hands.
