2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
3/4 cup water
2-1/4 qt. (9 cups) milk
3 cups half-and-half
1-1/2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Combine first 4 ingredients in large saucepan. Stir in water. Cook and stir on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended.

Add milk and half-and-half; stir. Cook 5 min. on medium-low heat or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Serve topped with marshmallows.

Make Ahead
Combine chopped chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder and five-spice powder. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 2 months. For each 4-serving batch, measure 1/2 cup chocolate mixture into medium saucepan; stir in 1/4 cup water. Cook on medium heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Stir in 3 cups milk and 1 cup half-and-half; cook on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through.
