What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
4 oz. Italian turkey sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion s
1/4 cup chopped red pepper s
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 cup tightly packed fresh spinach, chopped
2 Tbsp. banana pepper ring s, chopped

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Cook sausage with onions, peppers and garlic in large skillet until sausage is done; drain. Cool slightly.
Mix Neufchatel, Parmesan, milk, dressing and sour cream in large bowl. Add sausage mixture, spinach and banana peppers; stir. Spread into a 9-inch quiche dish or deep-dish pie plate.
Bake 30 min. or until hot and bubbly.
Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, tortilla chips or toasted French bread slices.
This creamy dip can be prepared and refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking as directed, increasing cook time to 40 min. or until hot and bubbly.
