What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/2 cups water
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1/2 cup PLANTERS Five Alarm Chili Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, onions and garlic; cook and stir 4 min. or until chicken is done.
Add water, teriyaki sauce and broccoli; stir. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Stir in rice and nuts; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
Substitute 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce for the teriyaki sauce.
