3 Tbsp. butter, softened
2-1/2 cup powdered sugar, divided
2 Tbsp. freshly brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled
2 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, grated

Let's Make It
Beat butter and 1 cup sugar in medium bowl with mixer on low speed until well blended.
Add remaining sugar alternately with coffee, beating after each addition until of spreading consistency. Stir in chocolate.
Need More Frosting?
Simply double the recipe.
Prepare with double strength coffee and add a dash of ground cinnamon.
Instead of stirring in the chocolate, sprinkle it over frosting.
Recipe makes enough to frost tops of 12 cupcakes.
