What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
1 can (14 oz.) low-fat sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. 2% milk
1 tsp. almond extract

Let's Make It
Heat chocolate in heavy saucepan on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until melted, stirring constantly. Add condensed milk and corn syrup; stir until combined.
Stir in 1/2 cup 2% milk and almond extract until blended. Stir in remaining 2% milk, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until of dipping consistency. Serve warm.
Serve with fresh fruit or small cookies such as vanilla wafers or graham crackers.
To Make Ahead
Prepare as directed; cool slightly. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
Microwave mixture in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 60 sec. or until smooth and heated through, stirring after 30 sec. Serve warm, stirring in additional milk until of dipping consistency. Or, heat in small saucepan on medium heat. Cook and stir on low heat until smooth and heated through.
