1 pkg. (11 oz.) KRAFT Caramels
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
9 cups air-popped popcorn

Heat oven to 300°F.

Spray large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Microwave all ingredients except popcorn in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended.

Pour over popcorn in large bowl; mix lightly. Spread onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake 20 min., stirring after 10 min. Cool completely. Break into small clusters to serve.
