Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine salsa, 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and ginger. Pour over chicken; toss to coat. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 2-1/2 to 3 hours).
Heat sugar, remaining peanut butter, soy sauce, water and garlic in small saucepan on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
Drain chicken; discard cooking liquid. Return chicken to slow cooker. Gently stir in sauce. Keep warm on LOW for up to 2 hours.
Add 1/2 tsp. lime zest to chicken with the sauce.
