What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
1 red pepper, finely chopped
4 whole wheat tortilla s (6 inch), warmed
4 fresh asparagus spears, steamed
1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Cook egg product in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Stir in peppers.
Spoon down centers of tortillas; top with asparagus, cheese and bacon bits. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
How to Steam Asparagus in the Microwave
Place 1 lb. trimmed fresh asparagus in 2-qt. microwaveable casserole. Add 1/3 cup water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Drain well before using as desired.
Serve with your favorite fresh fruit and a cold glass of fat-free milk to round out the meal.
These easy-to-make burritos can be prepared ahead of time. Wrap individually in foil. Place in 200°F oven to keep warm up to 30 min. before serving.
For extra spice, add 1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa to the filling in each burrito.
