What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 can (14.75 oz.) salmon, drained, flaked
1-1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
2 green onions, sliced
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. (1/2 of 0.7-oz. env.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
1 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp. oil

Let's Make It
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Shape into 4 (1/2-inch thick) patties. Refrigerate 30 min.
Cook patties, in batches, in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 8 min. or until golden brown on both sides, turning carefully after 4 min.
The salmon mixture can be shaped into patties ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before cooking as directed.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
How to Use the Remaining Dressing Mix
Add remaining dressing mix to container with tight-fitting lid. Add 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar, 4-1/2 tsp. water and 1/4 cup oil. Cover with lid, then shake until ingredients are well blended. Store in refrigerator, then use to top your favorite mixed green salad.
