Bite-size pieces of turkey breast and an assortment of olives, zucchini and cherry tomatoes make great add-ins to this tasty pasta salad.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (13.25 oz.) whole wheat medium pasta shell, uncooked
1 small zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 env. (0.75 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
1 pkg. (7.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped assorted pitted olives
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, toss zucchini with dressing mix. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add zucchini; cook and stir 2 min. Add turkey; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until zucchini is crisp-tender and turkey is heated through. Remove from heat.
Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add turkey mixture and all remaining ingredients, including remaining oil; mix lightly.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh tarragon before serving.
Snip Fresh Chives Instead of Chopping
When a recipe calls for chopped fresh chives, give them a snip instead. Hold a small bunch of chives together. Starting at one end, use kitchen scissors to snip the chives into small pieces. This technique is easier and makes cleaner cuts than using a knife.
How to Purchase, Store and Use Fresh Chives
Chives have a mild onion flavor that complements a variety of dishes. Look for chives with a vivid green color and no signs of wilting. Wrapped in damp paper towels and stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator, chives should keep for up to 1 week. Keep chives long and wispy or snip to desired length with clean kitchen scissors.
