Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 whole wheat tortilla (8 inch)
1 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
6 thin pear slices
2 tsp. red pepper jelly

Let's Make It
Spread half of tortilla with peanut butter; top with pear slices and jelly. Fold in half.
Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until heated through.
How to Use Your Stove Top
Fill tortilla as directed. Spray outside of quesadilla with cooking spray. Cook quesadilla in medium skillet on medium-high heat 1 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
Prepare using thin apple slices.
