You know any kind of cheesy potato strata is going to go over well in your house. Try this one, layered with roasted peppers and fresh spinach.

2 cups ORE-IDA Country Style Hash Brown Potatoes
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper s
1/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Heat oven to 350°F.

Layer potatoes, spinach and roasted peppers in bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Whisk milk and flour in medium bowl until blended. Stir in egg product, 1/2 cup cheese, basil and seasonings. Pour over vegetables in dish.

Bake 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 5 min.

Assemble strata as directed, but do not bake. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and bake as directed.
