This mash-up recipe combines peanut butter and jelly and s'mores to make dessert quesadillas they'll flip for!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 whole wheat tortilla s (8 inch)
1/2 cup JET-PUFFED FUNMALLOWS Miniature Marshmallows
1 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped
1 large banana, thinly sliced
4 tsp. grape jelly

Spread peanut butter onto half of each tortilla; top with marshmallows, chocolate and bananas. Fold tortillas in half. Spray both sides with cooking spray.
Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. on each side or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted, and quesadillas are golden brown on both sides.
Cut into wedges; drizzle with jelly.
