Combine oats, flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Beat eggs with whisk in medium bowl. Add bananas and vanilla; mix well. Add to oat mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in nuts.
Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan. Serve warm.
Stir 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels into the batter along with the nuts.
