Heat oven to 375°F.
Cook chicken in large skillet on medium heat until done, stirring frequently. Add salsa, corn and seasonings; mix well.
Layer 1/3 of the chicken mixture, and half each of the tortillas and cottage cheese in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat layers. Cover with remaining chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar.
Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro before baking as directed.
Keeping it Safe
To thaw ground chicken safely, keep the chicken wrapped and thaw it in the refrigerator -- not on the countertop. Store on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator to prevent any drippings from cross-contaminating other foods. Use thawed chicken within 2 days.
