Who knew simmering carrots with dill weed, balsamic vinaigrette and parsley could produce such a dilly of a side dish? (We knew, apparently!)

Original recipe yields 4 servings
4 carrot s (1 lb.), sliced
1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Let's Make It
Bring carrots, dressing and dill weed to boil in saucepan on medium heat; cover.
Simmer on low heat 15 min. or until carrots are tender. Stir in parsley.
Substitute curry powder for the dill weed and cilantro for the parsley.
The carrots can be cooked ahead and reheated. Stir in parsley just before serving.
