Whisk eggs, dressing, milk and seasonings in large bowl until blended. Stir in spinach and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 15 to 18 min. or until edges are golden brown and centers are set. Cool 5 min. before removing from pan to serve.
Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese before baking.
Add 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red peppers to the egg mixture along with the spinach and 1/2 cup cheese.
