This cheesy, pork sausage-studded hash is perfect for your breakfast menu. Or your brunch menu. Or any menu, really!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 lb. breakfast pork sausage
3 cups ORE-IDA Potatoes O’Brien
1/2 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
6 eggs, beaten
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Crumble sausage into large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add potatoes and onions; mix well. Cook 8 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add eggs; cook 3 min. or until set, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes; cook and stir 1 min. or until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Prepare using ORE-IDA Country Style Hash Brown Potatoes.
Substitute 1-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product for the beaten fresh eggs.
Serve with your favorite toasted whole grain bread.
