1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
6 bone-in chicken breast s (3 lb.)
3 Tbsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1-1/2 tsp. zest and 3 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
3/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread potatoes onto prepared baking sheet; top with chicken.

Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spread over chicken.

Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until chicken is done (165ºF) and potatoes are lightly browned.
